I can’t believe that someone has come up with a tool like this. It is so elegant in its simplicity and execution that it’s easy for ANYONE to use. Quit spending so much time searching craigslist for leads on your own, and replying one by one by one. THIS tool will save you hours upon hours of lead and deal hunting – which means more time for talking to sellers and making your deals happen! It takes a little time to set up but I think all the kinks are taken care of. I love it! Thanks Duncan- you’re a genius.

Online REI Lead Finder is a very useful program. It allows you to retrieve a variety of data from Craigslist, Backpage and KIJIJI. Don’t let the program name “real estate” discourage you , if will extract emails from all the Craigslist categories. You will have to figure it out yourself how to use the keyword targeted list of emails for effective Internet marketing, email spam is a very common thing, so be smart on how to use those emails . One thing I would have loved to see implemented in the program : is to automatically select all resulting emails or a part of them with the Alt and Shift keys . Looking forward for the next upgrade. Thumbs up. Keep up the smart work.
