You got to love this one! Its FREE and it does EVERYTHING plus more of any other program on the market.  NO Gimmick, No catch, you can download it simply start using it in exchange for your verified email address. Duncan Wierman is the creator of this product.  Duncan used to provide this product to his mentoring students so they could get deals extremely quickly.  Now, he is giving the product away.  Duncan Wierman even shows you video demos of putting together deals online in less than 30 minutes. Incredible.

Main Screen

This tool very easily allows you to search broad or narrowly.  The results are less than 30 seconds. You then can select your chosen leads you want to respond to.  Simply browse through the leads, and click on any lead, and it will PREVIEW in the bottom screen.  Then is simply selecting the ones you want to send to.  See next screen.

Now that you have selected your ads,  press the email button and another screen appears with the address settings ( and you can predefine your email templates ).

HERE IS A way to create a huge list without spending money.

1. Create a sample advert on any of the sites this tool scrapes with some “keywords”  that this product  users may be using,  ie.  Motivated Seller, Foreclosure, Wholesale.

2. Simply wait a few days for all the people who  use this product to email you. Then you will have a new list of real estate investors names!

This software brings yet another interface for a scrapping tool.  This tool will “scrape” Craigslists, Kijiji, (Yahoo Answers, Vast now gone) and Backpage.  There are several tools on the market that have been used for the last 2 years to scrape these and other free classified sites.   They tryito hide the “source” from which they scrape from the general public in demonstrations, which would give rise to why?   The promoter is asking $3,997.00.

UPDATED :  I have been getting lots of “similar” types of emails to my houses for sale. on these sites.  I am assuming that people are sending variations of an email in a training section.

Another Great tool developed on the Adobe Air Platform. Jeff Adams of Real Estate Web Profits and the Foreclosure Profit System finally released this tool that he had in his arsenal for his mentoring students only to every one of his students. It also scrapes telephone numbers, saves ads for furture emailings and has some other really cool features.  Its limited to Craigslist but for what you can do with it. Anyone should be able to get all the leads they would ever need with this software application- Highly recommended
